Succession Planning is a longer commitment, generally 3–6 months, since it involves stakeholder facilitation and phased deliverables. We'll provide a clear timeline before work begins.
Is everything kept confidential?
Yes. All client information — financial records, interview notes, strategic documents — is treated with strict confidentiality. We sign NDAs at the outset of every engagement and maintain secure data handling practices throughout. Discretion is fundamental to how we work.
What are your consulting fees?
Our services start at NT$12,600 for an Organizational Clarity Audit. Financial Strategy Consultations are priced at NT$41,000, and the Succession Planning Framework is NT$58,000. Each fee covers the full engagement scope including deliverables. If your needs fall outside these structures, we're happy to discuss a custom arrangement.
Can you work with companies outside Kaohsiung?
Absolutely. While our office is based in Kaohsiung, we regularly work with clients across Taiwan. Much of our work can be conducted remotely through video calls and shared document platforms, with on-site visits arranged as needed for interviews or workshops.
